Feeding Guide
We recommend using the guide below as a starting point, but every pet is different. Adjust the feeding amount as necessary to help your pet achieve an ideal body weight. Divide the number of cups per day by the number of feedings per day. Daily Feeding Guidelines (standard 8 oz dry measure cup): Adult Maintenance: 5-15 lb: 1 – 2 cups; 16-25 lb: 2 – 2 ¾ cups; 26-50 lb: 2 ¾ – 4 ½ cups; 51 lb +: 4 ½ cups + Weight Loss: 5-15 lb: ½ – 1 cup; 16-25 lb: 1 – 1 ¾ cups; 26-50 lb: 1 ¾ – 3 cups; 51 lb +: 3 cups + NEW TO RAW: Introduce raw over a period of 5 to 7 days, mixing increasing amounts with the current food each day. Feed Dry or Rehydrate: Serve as is or rehydrate by adding warm water. To rehydrate, we recommend 2 tablespoons of water to 1 cup of food. Always provide access to clean, fresh water. Safe Handling: As with all food products, care should be taken in storing and handling. Wash your hands and bowls before and after serving. If you rehydrated, remove and discard any leftovers after 2 hours.
